The area of expertise includes the Corporate Laws. Being I am technically competent for the field and also have relavant experience. The exprience includes dealing with the Restructuring laws of India including understanding the Clients requirement, drafting of the Scheme of restructuring in accordance with the Issues involved, helping in financial structuring of the scheme, filing and arguing the same in the any Court (the competent Court in Indi for consideration and approval of such Scheme in India) and getting the same approved from the Court and follow up action thereafter.
Besides Corporate Laws, I als have relavant experience in the field of Property laws of India. I am on panel with ICICI Bank Ltd., ICICI Housing Finance Ltd, one of the Premier Financial Institutions of India in the field of Housing Finance. The area of operation includes undertaking Project Report, Title Search Report, Advisory services on Property Laws and Recovery actions against the defaulting clients.
I also have relevant experience in the field of Banking and Recovery laws. Towards this end, I am on the panel of ICICI Bank Ltd., a Premier Bank in India. I am also working for many others a new geneation private sector . The assignment includes Prescribing the norms for lending, advisory services on the documentation for various kinds of financial transactions, Vetting and Certification of the Documents executed, Undertaking Search Reports, advising on the suitable action for recovery depending upon the nature of transaction, Profile of defaulting Client etc., initiating the appropriate legal action, includes suit for Recovery, Winding up Petition and Action for breach of Trust and misappropriation of money supplemented by such other action as would be warranted from the Situation.
